About you – Team Leader role

Job Description:
As a Senior Team Leader in our esteemed cost estimation company, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing and managing our dedicated team of cost estimators. This position is based in Pune/ hybrid working and reports directly to company director. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of cost estimation processes while upholding the highest standards of quality and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of cost estimators, fostering a culture of excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Oversee and review cost estimation processes, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to industry standards.

• Collaborate closely with project managers and stakeholders to understand project requirements and provide comprehensive cost estimates.

• Manage project budgets, identify cost-saving opportunities, and assist in cost control measures throughout project lifecycles.

• Interact with clients to understand their specific cost estimation needs, address concerns, and maintain strong client relationships.

• Implement quality control measures to maintain the highest level of precision and reliability in cost estimates.

• Stay updated with the latest cost estimation software and tools, and assess their integration for improved efficiency.

• Ensure thorough documentation of cost estimation processes, methodologies, and results for future reference and audit purposes.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
• Proven experience in cost estimation and a strong understanding of construction industry practices.
• Leadership experience with the ability to lead and inspire a team.
• Excellent communication and client-facing skills.
• Proficiency in cost estimation software and tools.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

How to Apply:

• Qualification : HND/Diploma in Quantity Surveying / B.Sc In Quantity Surveying / Undergraduate Deg in Construction Management / B. Civil Engineering / B.Tech or similar
• Experience : 3+ years with HND / 1+ years with B.Sc or Undergrad in Construction Mgmt or B.Tech / 2+ years with B. Civil Engineering or Architecture related course

Other Qualification

• Knowledge in Bluebeam Revu or an equivalent estimating software will be an advantage but not compulsory.
• Excellent skills in Excel
• Excellent communication in English.

*** You will be required to face 3 hr practical test during interview. If you are not familiar with Blubeam Revu, 15 minutes guidance session will be provided.
